Note: Processing & Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.
• Shipping Time: Once the processing time is complete, shipping will begin. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Custom-Made Items

• Processing : Custom-made items require up to 30 business days to craft and ship
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Evelyn’s Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
