  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including reasons like:

    • "Not what you expected"
    • "Shipping delays"
  • If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange. * We carry a wide variety of jewelry, including 14k gold, 10k gold, sterling silver (.925)If your first item didn’t meet your expectations, we can help you find or create a piece that does to an equal value, If value increases, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price.
  • Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a reliable shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking and insurance.
  • Retain your tracking number for reference.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so ensure your package is properly secured and traceable.
