- If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange. * We carry a wide variety of jewelry, including 14k gold, 10k gold, sterling silver (.925)If your first item didn’t meet your expectations, we can help you find or create a piece that does to an equal value, If value increases, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price.
- Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a reliable shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking and insurance.
- Retain your tracking number for reference.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so ensure your package is properly secured and traceable.
